TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Tuition & Registration

The cost of the workshop includes all course materials, along with your   personal manual to keep—a resource to use throughout your journey & cherish for years to come. 

In-person events also include Pause and Replenish: light, intentional nourishment—enjoy a light morning and afternoon tea crafted with care and creativity.

We encourage early registration — space is limited. 

Workshop Payments

All workshops require full payment to secure your place.

Payment is currently accepted via bank transfer (online payment options like credit card or PayPal will be added soon).

Once your registration form is submitted, you’ll receive an invoice with our bank details and payment instructions.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made within 3 business days of invoice.

Your place in the workshop is not guaranteed until payment is received.

A payment confirmation email will be sent within 1 business day of receipt.

 Cozy, Private & Low-key 

Our workshops are intentionally kept small to create a safe, intimate space where each participant receives personal attention and support. You are not just another number here — your presence matters.

 Occasional larger-scale gatherings are also offered from time to time.

For couples attending Getting The Love You Want™ Workshops, we ask that both partners attend together throughout the entire workshop.  

This is a shared experience designed to deepen your connection and support mutual growth; couple's events are not intended to be attended individually.

Creating Space for Connection

Both Getting The Love You Want™ and Keeping The Love You Find™ workshops offer you the chance to step away from daily responsibilities and reconnect with yourself and, if attending a couple's workshop, also each other—in a meaningful way. 

For all workshop types, we ask that you turn your cell phones off or set them to silent and minimise outside interruptions once we begin.

Please take care of any work or family obligations beforehand, so you can be fully present—not just for yourself and each other, but for the group experience. When everyone shows up with presence and intention, something special unfolds.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

We know that life doesn’t always go according to plan. 

Here's how cancellations and transfers work:

• If you cancel 8 days or more before the workshop, you’ll receive a refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
• If you need to reschedule, you may transfer your registration one time to a future workshop for a $100 transfer fee.
• If you cancel 7 days or fewer before the workshop, your payment is non-refundable.
• If you don’t attend or leave early, we’re unable to issue a refund.

Early bird pricing is available up to 1 month prior to the start time of each workshop.

Because our group sizes are small, late cancellations can mean someone else misses the opportunity to attend.

Please note: We can’t take responsibility for prepaid, non-refundable travel expenses.

If the workshop is cancelled by us, you’ll receive a full refund.

made within 24hours of start time of a booked session attract 100% fee. 

There is no charge for changes made outside of 24hours of a booked

session. 

Please always give as much notice as possible so alternative

plans can be made for all involved. 

All changes must be advised by call or text to my number

you even think you might not be able to attend. 

If you would like an electronic tax invoice please let me know.  The tax invoice also acts as a receipt once paid in full.
